Does SendMyLicense keep me compliant with my state boards?

No — and be wary of any software that says it does. SendMyLicense stores your documents and reminds you of dates you entered. You remain responsible for knowing and meeting your states' requirements. What we remove is the scramble: the digging, the assembling, the re-sending.

Who is SendMyLicense for?

Licensed professionals who maintain credentials in multiple states — built first with traveling and telehealth respiratory therapists. If your work life includes assembling credential packages for employers more than once a year, it's for you.

Does SendMyLicense fill in my renewal applications or report my CE hours?

No. Board-reporting systems like CE Broker handle reporting to boards. SendMyLicense is complementary: it's where your documents live and how they get to employers.

How do reminders work? Are they guaranteed?

You turn reminders on per credential and we email you at 90/60/30/7 days (adjustable) before the date you entered. Email being email, we don't guarantee delivery — which is why the dashboard always shows your full picture too, and why we say this plainly in every reminder.

What file types can I upload?

PDF, PNG, and JPG — up to 15 MB per file. A phone photo of a certification card works fine.

Can an employer see my vault?

Never. Employers see exactly one thing: the package you chose to send them, through a link that expires in seven days.

What if I stop paying?

Downgrade to Free and keep your 3 most important credentials active, or export everything and go. Your documents are never held hostage.

Can I delete everything?

Yes — self-service, from settings, permanently. Export first if you want a copy.

Is my data used for AI training or advertising?

No, and it never will be. The subscription is the business model; you are not the product.

I'm a PT / OT / nurse / other licensed professional — can I use it?

Yes. Credential types and states are flexible today; RT is simply where we started and where we validate first. Broader profession templates are on the roadmap.
