Add a credential
Upload the document (PDF or photo). Tell us what it is, which state issued it, and when it expires. Done — it's on your dashboard with a status color.
Stay ahead of your dates
Turn on reminders for any credential. We'll email you at 90, 60, 30, and 7 days before the date you entered — or the offsets you choose. The dashboard shows anything approaching expiration in amber, anything past in red.
Build a package
New assignment? Select the credentials the employer needs. SendMyLicense generates a clean cover sheet listing everything enclosed, bundles it with your documents, and hands you the package.
Send it, and keep the receipt
Download the package, or enter the recruiter's email and send it directly. Either way, your delivery log records what went where, and when — so “did I already send that?” has an answer.
